A man in China has claimed that his cat has given birth to a Chihuahua pup. The three year old cat Niu Niu gave birth to four kittens and a pup.
An avid animal lover Jia Wianuan is a 74 year old pensioner living in the Kui Yuan district of Xuzhou. He has been raising two cats and five dogs.
The 74 year old pensioner had sent his cat to his friend's home to mate and denies the fact that his cat has mated with a dog. He says he has never seen two different species that have mated together and produced offspring. Now he wants scientists to find out the exact reason behind his cat giving birth to a Chihuahua pup.
He said that his all kittens have found homes to live in but no one is willing to adopt the pup. He further added that a cat giving birth to a pup is a sign of bad omen and he is ready to raise the pup and see what happens in the future.
