Rumors about Real Madrid striker Christiano Ronaldo donating £5 million to Save the Children Nepal earthquake relief effort turns out to be all fake.
According to Save the Children Christiano Ronlado did not make any donations and the rumors circulating about it are all false.
Save the Children in an statement said that "the recent report of Ronaldo's contribution toward's Save the Children's Nepal earthquake relief efforts is untrue".
The statement further clarified that he "used his voice and his global visibility to raise awareness of the problem faced by the most vulnerable children around the world, including those affected by the earthquake in Nepal".
The Portuguese superstar is the global ambassador of Save the Children and has been actively supporting various campaigns of Save the Children.
